I work with women who are burnt the f*&k out. Overwhelmed with to do lists. Too much to be; too much to do. Barely keeping a lid on anger, frustration and tears.  Women who are resentful and scared that this is it..this is life.  Women who are tense in their bodies and in their minds. Women who feel totally overwhelmed and struggle to focus on things that move them forward. Women who are growing careers and businesses and feel deeply insecure inside themselves. Women who have a little voice in their head telling them how they could and should be doing a little more. Women who are loving and kind and supportive to others but say the meanest things to their own soft human bodies. Women who would rather go for a long run alone or have a glass of wine than be intimate with their partners. Women with weary souls and aching bodies. Women who are on the verge of (or in the deep hole of) burnout. Women who want to manage their stress differently.

I work with women who are done with overthinking and overworking. Women who are ready to build confidence and loving boundaries. Women who want to shake off stress, tension and playing small. I help intelligent hard working women end the cycle of emotional exhaustion and burnout by:

2. Partnering with biology to complete stress cycles and build capacity to rest and relax

3. Identifying and clearing the underlying patterns that cause overwhelm and exhaustion - perfectionism; imposter syndrome; being a “control freak” so that you can set boundaries and manage time

P.S. The majority of my clients are based in the UK and the US. We work virtually so time zones and locations are not a thing (isn’t that amazing?).
